Required Ingredients for Madımak Meal:
1.5 kg of kibble
A bowl of yogurt
150 g bacon
One or two cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper,
Enough oil
Tomato paste
Preparation of Madımak Meal:
After cleaning 1.5 kg of kiwi, it is shredded with rows and made into a smaller size. Oil, tomato paste and pastrami are put in a pan and fried. It is added on the minced meat. It is served after 15 minutes of cooking. Garlic yoghurt is optionally used as a sauce.
