Ingredients for Juicy Meatballs
Half a kilo of ground beef (500 gr.)
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
1 Tea glass of knots
1 Head onion
1 Tablespoon of tomato paste
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon dried mint
1 Teacup of oil
Preparation of Juicy Meatballs:
Onion is grated on the ground meat placed in a suitable container. Add other ingredients and knead well. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. On the other side, flour is sprinkled on the tray, chickpea-sized pieces are divided from the kneaded meatballs, dipped in oil or water, rolled and put on the flour-sprinkled tray. On the other side, oil is put in the pan, tomato paste is added on it, after stirring a little, water is added to it and boiled for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, add the meatballs and cook them on low heat for another 20-25 minutes, and the juicy meatballs are ready to be served.
