Ingredients for Egg Dessert:
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of yogurt
1 Packet of baking powder
Flour as you buy
For the Syrup:
4 Cups granulated sugar
5 Cups sugar
few drops of lemon juice
Preparation of Egg Dessert:
Whisk 3 eggs in a deep bowl. Then yogurt is added. Then add two spoons of flour and whisk. This process is repeated three or four times. The baking powder is mixed with some flour and added to the mixture. In a deep frying pan, 1.5 kilos of beech oil is heated. With the help of a dessert spoon, the prepared lightly viscous mixture is left in the hot oil, bit by bit. It is taken when it turns pink. While the dessert is cold, warm syrup is poured over it. It rests for half an hour. It is garnished with nutmeg. Enjoy your meal!
