1 kg Kazan black (efelik)
2 onions
2 bowls of bulgur wheat
2 glasses of water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 spoonful butter

Preparation of Efelik Wrap:
Finely chopped onions are fried in heated oil. Add tomato paste and bulgur and fry. Water is added, spices are added until it is a little over, and it is cooked until it absorbs its water. Efelik is immersed in boiling water and removed. It is wrapped in the inner effigy and placed in the pot. A little oil is poured on it and cooked with a glass of hot water. After cooking, it is served with garlic yogurt.
