Yozgat Clock Tower was built by a master named Şakir Usta during the mayorship of Tevfik Zade Ahmet Bey. This majestic and centuries-old tower in the city center of Yozgat has seven floors, including the ground floor and the bells. It was built with cut stones in the yellow meatball.

Starting from the floor where the bells are located, there are 4 clocks placed separately on each facade on the first floor above. The bells ringing at the beginning of every hour are such that they can be heard all over the city. It is said that the 4-carat knob of the watches weighs 250 kilograms. The clocks in the tower are the same age as the tower.
