Desti Kebab is a local dish. It is eaten with tandoori bread. Sokum or wrap is made. A medium size deck should be preferred for 10 people.

Making Desti Kebab:

Chopped tomatoes, green peppers and garlic are added to the cubed meat and mixed thoroughly without crushing. Add enough salt. After the inside of the deck is thoroughly washed, the mixed material is filled into the deck. Butter is put on the top. The mouth of the deck is closed with dough and the middle is slightly opened. It is usually cooked outdoors over a wood or oak charcoal fire. It is recommended that those who cook the dish for the first time in about two hours make it with oak charcoal. After the food is cooked, the deck is broken and the food is served from inside the deck.
